Join senior teacher, Michael Siddall, for a deeper look into the art of alignment.

In these workshops you will learn alignment principals that will keep you safe, make you stronger, allow you to go deeper and move further in your physical practice.

You will develop more grace and ease on your mat by gaining a deeper understanding of the physical and energetic actions in advanced asanas, such as inversions, arm balances and backbends.

Each workshop will include a full length practice session and an engaging and interactive workshop discussion, with plenty of opportunity to observe, listen and learn.

Workshops take place on a monthly basis to give you the opportunity to build on what you learn and practice, with the guidance and support of Michael and your fellow students.

Prerequisite: best suited for students who can already kick up into handstand at the wall ASSISTED or UNASSISTED.
