Kids' Yoga Teacher Training
Join Dana Chapman for a special follow-up workshop to her Kids’ Yoga Teacher Training. This 3 hour course is designed to refresh your kids’ yoga toolbox, reinspire your work with children, and give you an opportunity to connect with other people who are creating wonderful experiences for kids.
You will leave with new class and yoga story ideas, interesting ways to work with affirmations and mudras, new partner poses as well as opening circle ideas.

About the creator and facilitator of this training - Dana Chapman was a classroom teacher with the Toronto District School Board for more than twelve years, a seconded teacher at the Jackman Institute of Child Study, and has completed her Masters of Education. A disciplined daily yoga practice has inspired and supported her work with children and adults and has lead naturally into the study of Holistic Nutrition, Reiki, Yoga, and Yoga Therapy. Dana completed her Children’s Yoga Teacher training through The Yoga Tree and her Yoga Teacher training and Yoga Therapist designation through Yoga Therapy Toronto. Combining the worlds of education and Yoga has become a passion. She has created a comprehensive Kids’ Yoga Teacher Training for yoga teachers and classroom teachers and runs an annual programme called Classroom Heartbeat: A Year of Mindfulness for teachers and parents who are looking to explore how their exploration of mindfulness, wellness, and balance has ripple effects into their relationships with children. It is her honour to work with people of all ages as they seek to improve their experience of life, to shift patterns, and to heal.
