This special class will help you determine the causes of your back pain and find pain free postures.


You will learn to develop posture and movement patterns that enable you to function pain-free and learn essential exercises to stabilize your core, spine and torso.

Each student will be provided with reference material and personalized sequences for their specific condition.  


A brief phone intake with Charlene is suggested before commencing the program.

Meet Charlene Yeh, Instructor of Backcare


have been a student of yoga since 2003 and began teaching in 2007. I am also a Certified Rolfer. I have completed trainings with Jivamukti Yoga (vinyasa), Open Sky Yoga (Iyengar-style) and am a certified Relax and Renew trainer (restorative yoga). I have also had the privilege to study with and assist my teachers Francois Raoult and Judith Lasater in their trainings and retreats.


My practice and teaching are very much influenced by my explorations into functional and creative movement, structural integration, and anatomy and physiology.

I aim to offer a yoga practice that is intelligent, wholistic and functional. My goal is to provide a safe learning environment in which students of all ages and abilities can step onto the path of yoga and explore what it has to offer.
